Jared called ahead of his arrival as advertised and was right on time. He conducted several tests and double checks on kitchen circuits, fireplace switch, fuse box maintenance and advice on under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We look forward to doing more business with WireNut in the years to come!

All the workers that have come out to my house have been great. But unfortunately I scheduled a duct cleaning and paid for it. I was called with about a 30 minute notice that they had to cancel due to an employee calling in. I called back to reschedule and nobody returned my call. I called again this morning to reschedule and nobody returned my call. So they have $900 of mine and no work has been done. Not to mention I just spent $8,000 on a new furnace that they installed. I got a hold of somebody this afternoon and told them I wanted the $900 for the duct cleaning to be refunded and they told me that they would have to take 15% and that they would not make any exceptions. They canceled on me, I didn't cancel on them and they have not called me back to reschedule. So for $135 they are willing to lose a customer.

Erik and John were great. They did excellent work and even gave us some advice. The only thing is, they took the garbage papers and I need the model number and serial number to register the disposal. Thank you.

Gavin addressed my home's sump pump operation and made sure it was in proper working order. He also fixed other plumbing concerns I had. Gavin was very professional, friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions. He explained the sump pump process thoroughly. Clearly, he knows his trade very well. I would DEFINITELY recommend Gavin for his high-quality sump pump and general plumbing expertise. Wirenut, please give him a raise! I will definitely request his service again.

I love Wirenut. Their prices are reasonable and they are very responsive. One of the things I like the most is that before the technician arrives, they send a text that includes a picture and name of the technician. This is great for people who are wary of strangers pretending to be workers.Tanner was great. He arrived within the time period I was given and was very respectful and knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that I could understand and gave me great advice. Would definitely recommend!

Overall good experience. Johnny showed up on time and was extremely professional. The cost about knocked me out as I was expecting the cost to be 1/2 of what it was.

Jesse was wonderful from start to finish. He called me a hour ahead his arrival time and offered to grab me coffee on the way to me and then arrived exactly at a hour was super kind, professional & very sweet to my kiddo and dog. Would highly recommend the wire nut and Jesse!! :)

Amazing customer service and wonderful people! Jamie and Walter came by to service our water heater and furnace and were so respectful and helpful, going above and beyond. They found problems that had not been observed by previous techs that will help improve the efficiency and life of our heater and furnace, they took time to explain things to me that I didn't understand, they looked into concerns I brought up that weren't scheduled for the original visit and scheduled a plumber and electrician visit for me, and Walter even shoveled my driveway and sidewalk! They both were so helpful!

Paul fixed the reverse polarity issue in our garage. He provided detailed explanation of the issue as well as the resolution. This allowed me to make a more informed decision. All of my questions were answered and I’m very pleased with the services provided.

Don’t walk, run from this company. Don’t let the, I imagine paid for google reviews. This company is a sales company and will utilize scare tactics to try and sell you a bunch of things because what you have “isn’t safe”. Multiple people I know have had same issues with this company.I had another reputable company come out and they confirmed that WireNut indeed is just trying to upsell customers. Horrible business model.

Shad the electrician at my appointment was pleasant, knowledgeable, polite and on time. He gave me three options to fix my electrical issues. He then explained what each option detail. All options would fix the problem. I chose the option that was best for me with no pressure from Shad. All was important to me.

They left my 85 year old grandpa without heat for a week in 10 degree weather! They were just going to leave him there with nothing. Luckily I stopped by not knowing and found him with all his coats on. Brought him to my house. After on the phone all day to try and get some one back out to fix what they promised was already fixed they told me they would reach back after the weekend... Terrible terrible. We took our business else where and I demanded a refund.

Julian arrived on time for our appointment and was very informative explaining exactly what was wrong with my furnace. He was sensitive to my financial situation and took it into account when suggesting a new furnace for me going the extra mile to get the best for what I could afford. Working with him today was a great pleasure.

My service tech, Preston, was on time and was able to figure out the issue quickly. He was polite, professional and thorough. The process to get a tech out was easy and he was at my house within 24 hours.

First time using this company, and I was very pleased with their immediate contact and follow up with appointments. They were quick to reschedule and contacted me prior to just changing the date and time like some companies have a habit of doing. The company gave me a large window of time, but made it a point to be at my home closer in the morning due to my other priorities in the afternoon. The plumber was very kind, professional, and quickly fixed the issue I was having with the sprinkler system. Definitely would recommend, very pleased with cost and service from both customer service to the plumber.

I called and explained an electrical situation I had and they were ready to send a truck out that was $80 just to show up.I then called Mr. Electric and described the problem to them and they told me what to do to reset the breaker. Easy fix. Don't make the same mistake I made by making wirenut your first call. They gotta pay for that stupid costume somehow.

Tech was on time, professional and addressed any questions/concerns I had. In addition, he put up with my dog. He was very gracious. Would recommend this company.

I've had a few companies come out for estimates on a federal pacific box none of them inspected and dug in like this guy did he made sure I had a problem first and beat the other guys by $3k even with better equipment (copper vs aluminum) and a 30 slot panel opposed to a 20 slot also seemed honest Heart told me i needed the water main ground this guy said I have it and don't need to do anything with it unless I up my ampage

Arber from Wire Nut was great. He took numerous pictures and showed and explained EVERYTHING THAT was wrong with our HVAC system. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with clients that were new to central air. We needed a new system and he showed us several options and NEVER pushed for a sale.I will use Wire Nut for everything now

Jared was professional and knew his stuff. Jennifer in the office is very nice and helpful as much as she can be. I feel that over $1000.00 to change a breaker is ridiculous. And it took 8 days to complete the job. I won’t be using Wirenut again and I’ll be sure to share with family and friends.

Word of caution, these guys are completely out of their minds on pricing.Maybe it was because we just moved into our home, and needed work fast, but I was charged $750 to have a water pressure valve replaced. I found the valve at Home Depot was about $200.The tech was here for about 25min installing the valve. That’s $550 of labor for 25min of work.We have lots of needs for fixing up electrical and plumbing needs…but I wouldn’t call these guys in a million years again. Rip off.

Jesse is the technician all others should strive to be. He quickly diagnosed & repaired our furnace issue. He was prompt, professional, courteous; and patiently explained what was needed. He also gave us options to help make our 50-yr old house more efficient. Amazingly, we got same day HVAC service during a Christmas week with freezing temps, and right before a major Colorado cold snap. We're happy to have Wire Nut in our corner.

We had a very positive experience with The Wire Nut. Julian was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner and took more time than I anticipated for a basic tune up service. I had the impression the job at my house was paramount, and it never felt like he was needing to rush tom is next appointment. I had to contact him the following day and he followed through promptly with my requests to get me brochures and email me pictures he had taken. Thank you Julian!

It was time for my electrical assessment and I was surprised to see Jessica P. at my door. She introduced herself through her mask and place shoe covers on before stepping into my house.When she completed her assessment she went through the readings and explained every number to my satisfaction. Near the end of the visit she mentioned the surge protector and all the bells and whistles for protecting my whole house. No pressure just information was given and I felt Jessica was well informed about both types of protection. She answered each question and gave me options straight forth.Today was Wednesday and Jessica called ahead to notify me of when she would arrive. This young lady brought the right tools to install the surge protector. She explained each step and gave me cues when I might need to call for service. She cleaned her work area then explained the warranty to me.I would love to have her work in my home anytime.Gary Lynn Street

Preston and Simeon came out to fix my leaky bathroom sink on a same-day call. They were both were incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly identify the issue and fix it without any hassle. I will definitely be using WireNut again when I have any issues and I would recommend them to others as well.

Brian did a great job for us! We had to have all our smoke detectors replaced and he came in, gave us a quote, and then did the work right then and there! I sure appreciated service that quickly! They are coming back on Friday to do some more light fixtures. Very pleased!Gwen showed up on Friday to install new kitchen lights and to install our ring camera and lights. My 91 year old neighbor received an estimate and scheduled a tentative start date for the work to be completed with WireNut. Financing was offered but it was not made clear that the financing was through a 3rd party provider. My neighbor did NOT sign a contract (the paperwork that was given to him was a SCOPE OF WORK AND CUSTOMER OPTIONS) nor was he aware that he was making an application for a loan with a company he was completely unfamiliar with. When he wanted to delay (or cancel) the start date, the company demanded $2,020 for the permit and parts (which they claim were ordered the same day as the estimate was done). This was ultimately resolved by my neighbor making a $299 payment for the permit. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. I also believe WireNut should seriously consider how they represent and present their paperwork so things are clear to ALL of their customers. In my opinion, WireNut MISREPRESENTED themselves and their processes and ultimately HUSTLED their customer in this instance.

My appointment with Korey Smith was very informative. He did a very good job of thoroughly inspecting an advising on things that could or should be done. Also left an estimate of repair and gave me a very good deal on not only inspecting and cleaning my air conditioning as well as my furnace and water heater.

Chance was very professional and did an outstanding job. He installed our outside floodlight in a spring snow without skipping a beat. Perfect job and done quickly. I definitely will call upon The WireNut again and hopefully get Chance out to help us.

Ok, I had them quote repairs and replacement of my HVAC system. They quoted me $15,000 for replacement, the next highest bid, out of 4 total was just over $5,000. As far as repairs, they wanted $1,500 to replace a condenser fan motor that I can buy for around $140.00 and replace in about 20 minutes. They wanted like $450.00 to replace a contactor that I can buy for $20.00 and replace in about 10 minutes. And yes both the motor and contactor are direct replacements, and the new $5000.00 system is name brand and high quality. They even talked me into a $150.00 dollar a year service contract thing that I will never use. If your looking for good, honest, reasonable priced service, this is definitely not the place to get it.

She took the time to show completely all the work she did and to recommend user maintenance for those who are somewhat handy with equipment. Recommend Jamie do your repair work

They offer excellent prices. They came to my house on March 1st, 2021. They were so dedicated they started working on my home at 8:30 am and didn't leave until 6:30 pm. The quality of service was excellent. Their employees named Brian, Daniel, Jared, and Carlos went above and beyond. Not only do I recommend this company but I definitely recommend those guys I named. This was the first time I used The Wire Nut for a yearly furnace and water heater inspection. Richard inspected the furnace and Robert did a full house plumbing inspection.Both technicians were extremely professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Upon completion of the furnace inspection, Richard explained the results of the inspection and if any action was needed.Robert checked all of the plumbing in the house and was extremely thorough. He advised me of his findings, and after Ihad questions about my garbage disposal, he gave me an estimate for a new disposal and the labor cost on the spot.I was very pleased with Wire Nut's employee's and I would highly recommend using the Ultimate Protection Plan.

Stay away at all costs! I hired WireNut to complete a whole-house re-device which is essentially replacing all receptacles and light switches in my house. It was a mistake from the beginning. From not turning off the correct circuits causing electrical sparks to fly from my kitchen outlet (they had to stomp out the sparks on my kitchen floor) to missing entire outlets that needed to be replaced, hiring WireNut was a disaster. I had to wait over a week beyond my installation date because they ordered the wrong circuit breakers. When the new circuit breakers didn’t work (I was without my garbage disposal, dishwasher and laundry machine) and I discovered the two receptacles that weren’t replaced AND two additional receptacles they replaced but didn’t work, they told me I had to wait another two weeks before they can come back out. I called another electrical company to finish the job. I paid in part for the “lifetime guarantee” but I NEVER want WireNut to step another foot in my house again.

Jerry arrived on time and was very thorough and knowledgeable, so I appreciated his feedback and candor surrounding the project details.

Had a very pleasant experience, learned a lot about my AC system, and my heating system as well, the technician was highly knowledgeable of both systems. I feel secure about the safety of my system with the maintenance that’s going to be performed and what was performed.

The two technicians sent to complete my furnace, A/c and water heater were great. Additionally finding a few more things that needed to be fixed and took the time to educate me on what they found and the options to resolve them. I appreciated that. They had the all three installed in two days.Additional comment: Marc Kennedy came back the following week to charge my air conditioner. I was in a meeting for work the majority of the time he was here, so I didn't get an opportunity to review the work he did that day. He was nice enough to take pictures of the work he completed and send them to me. That was very considerate and I appreciated it.

Update: Work has been completed and they have returned several times to button up some minor issues. Scheduling has been better after initial large job. Adding a star for their recovery. Still feel that their work is good but scheduling and dispatch needs some adjustments.Tl;Dr: 1 star for company scheduling failures. Added one star because the only tech to do any work was greatAfter two rescheduled appointments Shad made it out to our home to inspect electrical work. Shad did a great job. However, the next week when installation time came a tech was assigned to call and arrive for work. Now call, no response, the office left me to leave voicemails with the scheduling team. Now I am nearly a week of PTO down the drain (of my very limited annual PTO), a credit inquiry (hitting my credit), and now the company won't return my calls or voicemails. Terrible.

David inspected HVAC system. He did a great job in all respects and took the time to explain to me how everything works properly and needs to be maintained.

Charles arrived on time, was super friendly and professional. He gave me some good suggestions on how to save money and he alerted me to an issue with my hot water heater! Will definitely be my go to for my hvac needs. Did the work thoroughly and professionally.

2 guys came in and did exactly what I asked for. Even though it was a bit unique.Their work was extremely well done with a professional looking, finished appearance.Not the cheapest in town for sure, but they show up on time and provide quality work.For me, it's worth the added expense.

We've had Wirenut out multiple times for electrical work. One was a lighting situation and the other time was to change the fuse box and outdoor meter. Wirenut performed annual maintenance on my furnace and water heater. Technicians were friendly, efficient, and provided recommendations for improving efficiency of my furnace.

I had my air conditioner and furnace installed. Carl was very professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions. He provided excellent customer service!

We originally hired WireNut for their comprehensive service package on a new construction home in Colorado Springs. The initial Electrical and Plumbing inspections and service went well. We had the occasional re-schedule because the techs got called away on an emergency, inconvenient, but no big deal for us. We'd want the same in an emergency ourselves.The first HVAC tech pointed out an issue with our inducer motor, but that the issue was minor and to keep an eye on it. Our HVAC system was under WireNut's care at this time and the builder's warranty on the HVAC was still in effect. It would be for another 9 months.Next year when a different HVAC tech from WireNut returned for our annual inspection the inducer motor was in need of replacement...3 months after the warranty expired. The system is 2 years old at this point. Had the first technician alerted us to the seriousness of the issue we could have had it replaced under warranty rather than out-of-pocket. The second technician indicated that the inducer motor had been installed incorrectly by the builder's HVAC contractor and would have needed replacing no matter what - even a year ago upon inital inspection. Now we required $1,700 out-of-pocket to make that happen. To be clear - the second HVAC tech who came out was very kind, professional, and patient, but our issue should have been solved early and cheaply with the proper recommendation at the proper time. I imagine WireNut would still have made the same amount of money on that work at that time.Once ordered - the inducer motor part then did not come in on time (perhaps the fault of the parts warehouse and supply chain, etc..) We didn't find out about that until the morning of the service appointment. Now frustrated, I explain the situation to the service manager who - while very apologetic and sympathetic - didn't offer any remedy other than to get things done ASAP. I can also say this service manager is the only person I've spoken to on the phone at the WireNut main line who sounds genuine.Our servce tech also had a part cleaning scheduled with us for that day so went ahead with that work and it went well. The inducer motor was to be in a few days later. A few days later - then two more pass - no call - no update.I then call in for an update: The part had just come in!We pay 50% and schedule the service. The same technician as before performs the work quickly and cleanly. There's an issue with the payment app on the tablet, so the service manager will call me back to settle up.Nearly a week passes before I hear from anyone. They call to collect the other 50% with no questions, concerns, or apologies.All of the WireNut field technicians I've met have been very friendly, helpful, informative, and professional. We were unfortunate where a critical bit of information was not given when it could have been.The administration and phone service quality seems lacking. Things go delayed or incomplete and you don't get what you might expect for supportive follow up. Even if you have a team of rockstars out in the field doing the service work - if the shop is in disarray - you're not going to get quality results.We cancelled our service contract with WireNut and will be seeking other local business who can fulfill these needs for us. We had even begun planning and quoting for the next few upgrades to have them do, but the trust is broken. It's a shame because it seems like you have a good thing going it just really didn't work out for us.

The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were late getting started. Once here the electricians were polite and efficient. They were very pleasant with our 3 month old puppy who can be a bit of a rascal too. We had a problem at the box that needed to be brought up to code along with the exterior outlet. They also resolved a interior wiring issue that kept 3 outlets from functioning. We're thrilled.

Chance from Wire-Nut came over as we had an issue with some breakers popping(bathroom, fan and hairdryer) issue. He gave us our options, no pressure and we made our selection according to our budget. Everything is good to go at this time. Pretty darn happy, I got to tell you. Straight-up and squared away. I’d say Wire-Nut is lucky to have him and so, were we! Give them a call and ask for Chance when it comes to an electrician technician.

We contacted WireNut to help us with our hot water tank pilot light going out. This is turning into a nightmare!! What they did was drill a hole on the side of our house to allow more air to circulate and the pilot light is still going out!! They changed vents that didn't look old or damaged and charged us $2700 to do this. The inspector failed the job saying come winter all our water pipes will burst as they aren't insulated. Again this is due to the large hole in the house. I contacted WireNut to come back to correct the issues, but they didn't know what to do. They said they were going to suggest an electric water tank and will take off some of the work, but it'll still be another $1200.00 NOT including adding the extra electrical outlet to the house. Chance and his apprentice came right on time to complete a significant amount of electrical reconfiguration and installation of new switch, new master surge protectors, and inspection and trouble shooting for heating elements installed on roof. They came right on time, went through everything with us ( the owners) and then started to work very efficiently on all the projects. They finished earlier than planned. boy they put shoe covers on and off every time they went outside. they were quietly working for over four hours or more. I enjoyed them. Very personable, respectful and professional. what a perfect job. the dispatch and office support personnel were very helpful during some moments of confusion and such. Danny and Elliot were very respectful young men and I can tell that they are hard workers. My rating goes mostly to them, the hard workers who are making things happen and delivering a quality service. They answered any questions I had and always kept me informed of their progress. They got started right away and they knew exactly what to do. They truly are an asset to the company.I’m not so thrilled about the WireNut’s prices and their marketing tactics, selling a service without revealing all the details and claims of a part or system being installed when in fact was not (this wasn’t Danny and Elliot). I declined further service after finding out later some drywall work had to be done by someone else since they don’t do drywall. This was not explained in the beginning but was later disclosed when Danny and Elliot showed up to do the work. It sounded like some construction work was part of installation which I totally did not want.

Wirenut is terrible. They take advantage of at risk seniors. They charged my 93yr old mother $900 to clean 7-vents in a motorhome. Mark was the technician.

Charles was great to deal with and pleasurable. Very thorough with his assessment and I am very appreciative of the items that he pointed out that needed addressing besides a new furnace. He wasn't trying to upsell me on a new hot water tank but gave me the option of doing it myself or letting me know that they could take care of it as well and would list both options in his estimate.

We had several electrical units that were not working properly (fan lighting, door bell and smoke detectors). Jason was able to pinpoint our various problems and explain how they might all be remedied. He was extremely helpful and I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for professional electrical support.

We have a new see-through, cedar patio cover installed by a local contractor who did not perform electrical work. We needed 4 lights installed under the cover along three of the rafters. Brian Beachler arrived, offered some suggestions that we liked and he did the work the next day, along with finding the problem with our front door bell. We had an issue with our garbage disposal and new dishwasher not working all of a sudden. One day the disposal just wouldn’t come on and we thought we just had to unplug it. Still didn’t work. Then we discovered the dishwasher not working and thought that the plug in for them. We saw a lot of commercials for WireNut on tv so decided to give them a call.Glad that we did!Come to find out that our electrical panel for everything is past expired (Brian recommended that these boxes be changed/upgraded after 20 years!) That’s what shorted out everything. Brian also changed the plug ins for the disposal and dishwasher for easier access!!! I am so glad that he went and checked the electrical panel!!!

Jamie was able to install a bar that goes under the furnace filter for easier removal of dirty filter and installation of new filter. She explained the process and was very helpful. This bar was removed in October when the yearly inspection was done. I was told it was not needed. But I was unable to change out the filter on a monthly basis. Jamie was very personable and knowledgeable and did a great job.

The tech knew nothing about that... and the part was 36 hours in arriving.The technical setup for notifications gets 5 stars for automated messaging included a picture of the assigned tech. Today I had the pleasure of having Mr. Chance S from Wirenut home services trouble shoot an electrical problem I had in my home. for over a year I've had this issue. Mr. Chance S was very respectful to my home by placing his shoe covers on before entering my home and later asked if I had any restrictions in any part of my home where he shouldn't enter and I find that very respectful. While working on my home Mr. Chance explained step by step what was being done and later educated me on a few electrical recommendations that would work best for my home in the future. In closing I was happy my neighbor recommended Wirenut and I was more pleased to have Chance do a superb job. I would definitely be telling family and friends about my experience with the service I received today. Mr. Chance represents Wirenut very well.

In January I had wire nut come out to check and service my heater. Well they said I needed a whole new system. I said might as well and got a new furnace and a/c.....$18000 later. Well now that's its getting hotter I wanted to turn on my new a/c. Well the unit doesn't turn on. So I call for service and finally get a window between 1 and 4pm. At the very last minute someone calls and said they can't make it out and we can't come out for a couple days cuz of the weekend. So now I get to miss more work and who knows if they'll even make this appointment. Not very good service for the amount of money I payed.

All the employees I dealt with were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. During a visit for a winter checkup Jonathan found my furnace to be unsafe. One day later Jerry found other code issues and provided us with information and quotes about replacement. Two days later Darren and David cleaned, sealed and sanitize the duct system. They were especially patient when dealing with our pets. The very next day Bran and Seth installed a new furnace and brought the duct work and hot water heater up to code. They spent extra time and effort to replace a vent in such a way that they did not have to cut into an existing wall. My experience was great.

Had a problem with minor leak in toilet tank, due to cracked valve. Called Wire Nut and they got a repair tech out in less than an hour. He wore a face covering for Covid concerns and booties for carpet. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. I am pleased with the prompt, professional service and friendliness of the tech. It started off fine but they lost my confidence. I got multiple estimates for a plumbing issue. WireNut was not competitive at all. Paying $89 dollars for a dispatch fee for an estimate seems a bit excessive. Disappointed.I tried to communicate with the technician through phone calls the day of service and the explanation of what was needed was not at all clear.

Anthony and Daniel were exceptionally professional. They communicated what to expect and the process they would be going through so that I understood what they'd be doing while in my home. I’m not typically one to leave poor reviews, but my experience with Wire Nut warrants one. Things started out just fine, with a quick response time and good safety measures with COVID going on (mask and shoe covers were both worn without me needing to ask). Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. I had them come out just to check out some faulty outlets, thinking that all I’d need them to do is replace those outlets. By the end of the visit, however, I was told that I should have my entire home rewired, get my breaker panel replaced, and more. I asked multiple times which of those things were NECESSARY for fire safety versus just recommendations of what I COULD do, and I never got a straight answer. The technician just kept saying that if I want to be very safe, I should do everything. The cost? $12,000. That’s right - not 12 hundred, 12 THOUSAND. The more we talked, the more things felt like a sales pitch. After he left, I decided to get a second opinion - and thank God I did, because the company I ended up choosing told me that everything was fine, no fire hazards - all I needed was a few outlets replaced and a few things tightened. Got that done for a couple hundred dollars. I’m very disappointed in Wire Nut and how they tried to pitch their UNNECESSARY sale, how they made me feel taken advantage of, and how they almost gave me the biggest ripoff of my life. Please do your homework and find an honest electrician who has your best interests in mind - safety-wise AND money-wise.

I hardly ever leave reviews for anything, but it's honestly worth taking the time to leave this one for WireNut. We had Service Techs David Rumbo and Charles Dozeman out to check on our furnace and although they delivered some unfortunate news — our furnace and water heater were way overdue for replacement — they were so patience and thorough and detailed with their explanations of what was going on that it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I just can't even believe that this level of service exists at a company this size; these guys are very deserving of the high ratings they get.Update (1/29/2021): Alex and John came by for the furnace and water heater installation and both of them were equally as great while they were here. So the process from start to finish has been pretty great.

In the past year, I've had three different technicians to install a new furnace, air conditioner, and restart my evaporative cooler. Chance came out to investigate electric issues we were experiencing throughout the house. He showed up on time, was professional and thoroughly investigated the problems. Once a diagnosis was made, he presented our options. We decided to install a whole house surge protector and filter, which he installed the same day. Everything that was taken apart to investigate the issue and install the surge protector was put back together and the area was cleaned up thoroughly as well. I will be calling the WireNut for all my future electrical needs. Chance was fantastic!

Great job JasonSadly I have an unfortunate update. Although Jason did a fabulous job installing my fan when he came last month, it was only after cancelling and rescheduling due to an emergency. Then several weeks ago I scheduled on line for another service and got a call that the online appointment system doesn't work, so had to reschedule to a less convenient date. Then I got a call yesterday, at the time of the scheduled appointment saying the van was broken , noone could come. Possibly they would come today. I got a call this morning: several new emergencies, we can't come. Very sad. I think their technicians are skilled but their office and scheduling are poor. I have engaged another company. Get it together Wirenut before you go out of business!

My AC unit stopped working. The technician came out, he was on time and he had a good professional appearance. They were at my home the day after I contacted them. These were the things they did well.I am very unsatisfied and chose not to use WireNut for my repairs because the technician said I had 7 individual problems totaling $6500 to repair and $13,000 to replace. He also said the unit was originally installed improperly, causing all the issues. I thought this quote seemed expensive and it seemed unlikely that 7 individual things all went wrong at the same time (but this is not my area of expertise so I rely on people to come out and give me sound advice). After WireNut came out I decided to have two other companies come out and do assessments for me. Those two companies both agreed there were only two issues. Both of them had quotes that were comparable at around $1250 to repair and they both agreed there was no need to consider replacement at this time.Shame on you, I feel like you came into my home and attempted to take advantage of me by recommending I fix parts that work fine and the parts that did need replaced were 3X more with you!

I have used the Wirenut for many, many years. I am not sure what has happened to them, but this is not the same company that use to do such good work. What the initial consultant told me is completely different then what has been done. 2 fresh air vents were suppose to be installed in the walls. Well, I ended up with this foil monstrosity hanging in my basem*nt that my cats are going to love swinging off of. Oh, and it looks like it was duct taped to the existing vent. I still haven't gotten the blower motor installed in my furnace that I paid for. There just seems like there is a complete lack of communication all the way around and I do take responsibility for some of that. I still have more work to be completed by them and I am thinking I should cancel and ask for a refund. I would like to say the workers are great. I am just very unhappy and disappointed with this whole experience.I am editing my review. They were very responsive and fixed the problem right away. I am still very happy with the company and they really seem to take care of their customers.

Dealt with Chase and Charles. They were amazing. Chase helped with electrical and Charles with HVAC. And two guys came to do work on electrical were nice. We had electrical done and AC this week. Prices on this stuff have gone up a ton but they both have been professional and likable and would def recommend

Jarred was the electrical installer of the group. He was respectful, informative and efficient. Jesse was the front man and very professional and knowledgeable. Chris and Tyler installed my heating and cooling system. These two gentlemen were very thorough and made sure I understood everything they installed. They were also extremely patient with my old dog and my grandkids.Carl installed new filters on my furnace. He showed me twice, step by step, how to replace the filters in the future. He was a real gentleman.

DISHONEST and high pressure sales tactics, quote was 5x more than the company we went with. LIED about code violations. Their sales team will do everything they can to lock you into their quote before you have a chance to find out they are a SCAM. Even overheard the technician on the phone with someone else, mentoring how to rip the costumer off.

Marc Zeno has been very easy to work with plus he has been extremely knowledgeable about every job he has done for us. He has been in our home for the yearly AC checkup and today he put on a Safety Float Switch and an EZ Clean P-trap on our AC System.

It took me weeks to schedule an appointment with them for a simple install. They called and hour into my 3 hour window to reschedule. Made another appointment for a week out(the earliest they had). Got a call about mid way into my appointment window to say they're NOT coming AGAIN. They wasted 2 full days of my time. I would NOT recommend this company. They are extremely unreliable and don't care that they cancel/reschedule on you numerous times.

Michael from WireNut Home Services did a great job diagnosing my problem and intalling a new fixture. Great customer service.

After an electrical upgrade there was an issue with the GFI connected to the garbage disposal and dishwasher. Johnny did an excellent job troubleshooting a circuit issue and tried every conceivable solution to correct the issue. The builder, back in 1975, wired to code at the time but under the new panel code configuration the common was being shared across too many circuits and the wire gauge was too small to handle the load triping the GFI As soon as you flipped the switch. I ran a new circuit for the kitchen and after a little more troubleshooting the issue was remedied. In my opinion, this was a problem above a basic technician level and Johnny mastered the challenge. Excellent job and great determination. Keep up the good work.

Excellent experience! Great communication before the appointment and the technician was immensely friendly and informative. Price was exactly what was agreed upon and the whole experience felt comfortable and easy.UPDATE: We have had an additional tech out to service our central AC unit and the experience was once again impressive. He walked us carefully through our options and was sure we agreed upon what work was to be done before it was done. Another excellent experience.

We upgraded our 20 year old heating and air conditioning system. Excellent service in every respect. The sales person and the installers were all very professional, enthusiastic, answered all our questions, and made the entire experience as good as it could have been. We will definitely use Wire Nut again!!

Joseph clearly explained the 2 options. Although I really wasn't thrilled with either option, due to the cost. However, the water heater needed to be replaced and installed by a company that knows what they are doing. Wire Nut technicians are dependable, knowledgeable, explain clearly what needs to be done and Joseph didn't seem to mind answering questions, sometimes many questions. They are reputable, efficient, caring, and have always been on time. They do obtain all county regulations! Unlike the company that installed the water heater 3 years ago.

Chase was quick and thorough with the maintenance of our furnace. He took the time to answer all my questions, and he followed up with written recommendations, including estimates.Travis came separately to review our plumbing. He had two team members with him that he was training, and this made me feel comfortable asking more questions. I asked a lot of them and learned a lot!! In the end, I signed a contract to have our pipes wrapped in heat tape, I'm going to have them check for buildup inside the pipes leading to two showers, and I'm going to begin budgeting for a tankless water heater. Travis was super informative and he and his team mates were a lot of fun.

Charles Dozeman came out and gave me an estimate on a new furnace and A/C unit. His was the third of four scheduled estimates and his was, by far, most thorough and complete of the three I have so far. He was friendly, professional and courteous. He covered items that weren't mentioned in the other estimates, including some existing factors that would have caused problems with the other companies' furnaces. He also made suggestions that would enable the new furnace and A/C to operate at peak efficiency that I didn't get from the other companies.I have one more estimate to get but WireNut is at the head of my list as of now.

I called last year to get some electrical work done on my house and was called at the end of the 2 hour window saying that they had an emergency and had to send my technician there. I understand emergencies but they couldn't even put me on later that day. They 'made' it up to me by not charging me a trip charge for when they were able to come back. I vowed to not use again. Fast forward to this month, and I received in the mail a letter stating that I had a rebate of $43 that would expire in April, so I decided to try again. I made my appointment 9 days in advance as I was off of work. I get a call 45 minutes before the end of my window saying that they had an emergency and had to send my technician there. Once again, not able to reschedule me until next week. I will NEVER attempt to use this company again, unless I have an emergency and then they'll come out.

Realized our heater was not working properly this morning. I called Wire Nut and they were able to get someone out the same day. The problem turned out to be with our gas supply from the gas company (did not realize other gas appliances were not working until technician was here). But our technician tried multiple things to figure out the problem for us, not stopping until he figured out the issue.

What was done by Wire Nut. After several cancellations on the Wire Nut part we finally got the work done. Then we came home to this. No receipt, to acknowledgement that this what we wanted to have happen to our wall and ceiling. I do not recommend this company. They left two holes in our walls and I had to contact them. UGH! I am unable to upload the photo of their work.

Got me in quickly, Johnathan was pleasant and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and got my a/c up and running quickly! Very happy customer!

Jeremy was very polite, friendly, and professional. Recommended solutions to a circuit breaker that occasionally trips when 20 yr old microwave is in use. If I were his boss, I’d give him a raise.

Jeremy was so helpful, installing a ceiling fan and switch, and helping us target and troubleshoot several different issues. He provided us several options to choose from on repair or replacement, and answered all of our questions for us so we could make an informed decision on how we wanted to move forward.

I feel harassed by their marketing efforts. I guess that’s what they want. Unfortunately, in this case, it doesn’t work as they look and feel like the McDonalds of the HVAC world and I prefer non-aggressive, and not so desperate companies using every advertising vehicle under the sun to try and overwhelm me into working with them. Their quote for a new furnace was twice as much as two other companies bids and apparently they punish the people giving the quotes if they didn’t get the homeowner to sign up for one of their membership programs. Baffling company. I have heard a few good things about their service so give them a try if you want I just have to be honest, something doesn’t feel right about the way they do business. But what the hell do I know? I hope they take good care of their workers.

He made money saving suggestions for a difficult problem having to do with City Property issues.He respected my neighbor's request for No Trespassing on the neighbor's property and managed to leave enough room for cars to pass by his van, even though our street is only wide enough for one car.I was impressed and will use WireNut in the future.

Michael did not perform this job but Daniel his replacement did a great job. Was able to get the job done in gusty winds and in a good timely manner. Was very experienced in his line of work (electrician).

Chance went above and beyond while installing several lights in my home. He was professional, polite, respectful, and jumped through hoops to coordinate help on other jobs so he could have enough time to finish the work at my home in one day. I have asked him back to install recessed lighting, and am confident he will do a wonderful job with that task as well. WireNut crew did an amazing job on my house - we used them for years and on some really big projects. Recently I lost power in part of my home and called WireNut. Jared came the same day and was very attentive - he not only restored the power, but checked safety of my electrical wiring - we found some issues (house is almost 40 years old). We scheduled time for an appointment for him to come, rewire and replace outlets on same circuit from garage to bathrooms to outdoors power. Technician was very knowledgeable & professional. We had two quotes done from two different companies (both with experienced technicians who relayed the same information) for a full house rewire. While both WireNut's Technician and the other company's technician were both a cut above in our opinion, we went with the lower bid company that had comparable reviews & ratings.

David Rumbo was the technician who came out to check our hot water heater and make sure that it was working properly, and that no repairs were needed. He was very thorough in his job, did a complete inspection of the hot water heater, and did a very good job of explaining his findings with us. He was professional, courteous, and very personable. We enjoyed having him as our technician. David is a good example of why we continue to use WireNut for all of our home services.

I had full intentions of writing a 1 star review when a 2 day quoted job became a 4 day job. We were in a time crunch because we are under contract selling our home. Bryan and Bobby came through the last day and we’re more superheros than electricians. They promised they would stay until the job was done, 2:30 am! They were amazing, fantastic, fast. We are so thankful for them. Highly recommend requesting these two!!!!

I called Wirenut to get a quote for power from my home to my shed for a mini shop. The representative was professional but had outstanding prices. Told us to do a diagnostic check it was $477.00 and to get power from the garage to the shed it was $8436.00 with military discount and would take 2 days to do. I laughed called numerous other electricians and they were all in the same range of $2k-$3k at most. These guys are sales representative and are paid on commission. If you want to pay x8 the normal price then this is your place, but I work to hard for my money to donate it to a corporation. Hard pass for me!

Our furnace went out. Jesse came out and determined the problem but didn't have part and the shop was already closed by this time. He was very knowledgeable and let us know what was the issue. The next day John showed up with the parts and got us up and running. Thanks John. You were awesome.

Yet another great experience with Wire Nut! Our whole home humidifier was wired incorrectly when it was originally installed by the previous owner and David quickly diagnosed the issue and got it wired correctly.

Jonathan (J4!) is a great technician. He knows his stuff and also took the time to explain my system to me and answer all my questions. He communicated his arrival (actually was able to make it ahead of schedule) well, and was quite meticulous in his work…even with me bugging him to answer questions all the time. I had a meltdown after doing a simple toilet fix that turned into a leaking situation. Called Wirenut and they had Travis out in no time. The problem was solved quickly and he and his assistant couldn't have been nicer. Very thorough.

I had an electric heater installed in my garage at my home. I purchased the heater and all the material to do the job myself. Due to health reasons I was not able to climb in the attic and run the wire to the panel. A master electrician, Paul and his apprentice, I think his name was Daniel showed up. They were very polite and knowledgeable. I explained how I was going to do it but if he knows a better way go ahead. He gave me a reasonable estimate and I gave them the ok. They did a professional job and it came out perfect. I have 2 friends that want the same set up that I have and I will definitely recommend Wire Nut.

Jason did outstanding work. He installed a deck fan , tied it in to an existing outdoor light circuit and added a double gang switch to control it separately from the lights. Conduit runs are neat, bends very clean and everything up to code. He cleaned up after himself and left the premises looking the same as when he got there. Thanks for a job well done!

December 2022 - the professional services provided by WireNut are outstanding. Arber and Charles provided spectacular service in resolving a heating issue we have been having with our house. We are grateful for the the excellent service they both provided to us. Thank you Arber and Charles!End of December 2022 - After we made the decision to go ahead and purchase the new heater and humidifier, Carl and Elliot came and installed it, which was an all day job. The Old Furnace that we had was less than half the capacity of what should have been in this two-story Challenger home when we bought it new; however we did not know that, we just thought we had a rather low end Builder grade HVAC system. And we did have that but it was worse than we knew. As installed, the original heater was only sized for half the size of this house and not even up to the elevation this house was built at by more than a couple thousand feet difference. (Well at least the rest of the house is pretty good. The moral is check the house thoroughly to make sure you're getting the right size furnace if it's a challenger house.)So, after we decided to put a proper heating system in here along with the humidifier, Carl and Elliott came and installed that. The new furnace is just slightly less than twice the width of the old one and and was barely able to fit in the space where the original one was. It even had to be turned to the left, as much as possible, which wasn't much to enable the filter to be removed without taking the closet door off. Carl, the leader of the installation team, is a genius at putting a puzzle together and getting it to fit and work perfectly. The system works superbly. Carl and Elliot, we really appreciate the superior job you guys did installing this in just one day in the middle of winter. Thank you so much!Early January 2023 - Carl and Elliott came back to make a couple of adjustments to make things work even better. Superior work guys - thank you so much! WireNut has outstanding employees! Everyone who has come to serve our needs has done an absolutely Superior job. Wirenut is very highly recommended by us as well as all of their excellent employees. Additionally they dropped the duct & register down to the floor level instead of the ceiling level which causes the much larger output to blend well with the air in the room and brings the much-needed warmth down to where we are at the floor level instead of up at the ceiling where is would have moved right back up through our open staircase to upstairs where it's already too hot. We now have a balanced HVAC - upstairs and downstairs are almost exactly the same. Great job guys! He was here for an A/C yearly inspection and found an oil leak so went further to find the problem and found other problems with the furnace that needed prompt attention. Took pictures, explained everything and let us make all decisions. We are so pleased and grateful that he took the time to continue the inspection so we could get this taken care of. He was very polite and knowledgeable and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. Definitely would recommend him again along with this company.

Today we had the privilege of meeting Darren T., Dan C., and Anthony C.. They cleaned our duct vents for the new furnace we had installed by The WireNut yesterday. Terrible quality of service. Was given an estimate for AC installation to take two days but took about a month.It took so long because the first technicians didn't get along and kept undoing each other's work. Their work was sloppy and needed to be redone several times. Followup service to fix mistakes was very slow to respond. They had also managed to cut my doorbell wire and tore out a bunch of insulation in my crawlspace. After they said they finished their work and was ready for inspection it failed due to un-insulated ducts, AC unit not properly set outside (rain would have eroded the pad away), . They then sent out their top QC technician to fix the work (which I was told should be quick) ended needing a team of five guys a full day to fix. The QC technician was embarrassed by the quality of work that was done, but did fix it to his professional standards.In the end, the final inspection passed and they did fix all of their mistakes. The final result seems professional. However I cannot recommend this company at all due to the terrible service they provided.

I’m very disappointed with the service from WireNut. We are selling our home and had to get our heater and electrical panel looked at. Two separate techs came out the electrical panel guy looked at the panel and informed us that it was installed incorrectly and we would need to install a whole new panel roughly $6,000. We decide to get a second quote from another company since we though it was quite expensive. The other company stated that everything looks great with our panel and we were informed wrong by WireNut. For the heater the WireNut tech “cleaned and inspected” it. He said that the heater was very dangerous and that it was producing lots of carbon monoxide into the house and we would need to replace the whole heater for $3,000. Keep in mind we have a working carbon monoxide detector in the same room as the heater. We got a second look from another company and he said that the furnace just needed a certain part replaced for $500. After he took a look inside he informed us that the heater was never originally cleaned by WireNut, they didn’t even bother replacing the filter. WireNut was trying to take advantage of us to get us to spend as much money we possibly could instead of being a honest company. I have called Wirenut to speak to a manager but “no one was available”. Horrible company all around.

Our furnace was short cycling, and David came over and was extremely thorough, non-salesy, and professional as he was going through our 25yr old furnace. He recommended his boss, Charles, to come out for a more thorough inspection. Charles came over and was so kind and professional, he got to the root of the problem after a couple hours and showed us picture by picture all of the faulty pieces and explained/gave us all of the information we needed for a new system. I would absolutely recommend Charles and David, they were very genuine! Very sincere people, MUCH appreciated!

The service provider was helpful in answering my questions about future work, providing estimates and he then completed the light fixture work I originally called for. His years of experience was evident in his efficient quick repair. Nice man.

We needed to reroute our furnace exhaust vent to be able to knock out a small wall in the kitchen. The technician who provided our estimate apparently didn't take the measurements needed and when the hvac guys showed up they didn't know if they would be able to pull it off with our set up. Jeremy was great, not only did he figure out a solution but he was kind and very thorough. He gave us updates of what was being done and assured us he would find a way to make it right. He did! Discovered water beading on a closet ceiling. WireNut sent a technician that day. Matt was incredibly professional and discovered a pinhole leak in a mains line which he repaired in about five minutes. He then cleaned everything up and referred us to a water damage mitigation company company and contractor to repair the damage. Overall, I was tremendously satisfied with Matt and WireNut.

Carl and Christopher were wonderful! They were courteous, and went the extra mile to install our furnace. What I like about wirenut is that they do a monthly payment to be able to have your furnace and other things looked at. Also they service Pueblo. Wirenut also does financing and they give you quotes on what needs to be fixed.

Wire Nut came out to our house for an electrical outlet that was not working. I was quoted $90 for the initial visit. Before the technician opened our panel we were quoted an additional $600 for a panel diagnostic which was just a visual inspection. In the end we were left with a $700 bill for a single breaker replacement and a $11k quote for a complete electrical overhaul due to an overloaded system.After contacting a couple other locally recommended companies for second opinions we were relieved to find out our system is not over loaded or un safe. We had 2 more breakers replaced due to being incorrect for our panel (which Wire Nut had mentioned but not replaced) and a complete system inspection done for a much more reasonable price.I will give a 2 star due to the service technician Brian being on time and friendly.Very disappointed with the overall price for a breaker replacement and feel they are trying to take advantage of people with unreasonable repair quotes.

This visit was a treat. The team was helpful and knowledgeable. The problem I called about was very simple, so I asked them to look at a couple of other issues. They willingly did so and in the process identified a longer term wiring issue that will need to be addressed. I was really impressed with their experience and knowledge.

The WireNut dispatch office definitely needs to do a better job at organizing their teams and communicating with customers - they are a mess in the office - but the technicians themselves are pure gold. Richard showed up and introduced himself, was extremely polite and pleasant. He explained all the work that he was doing to check out our furnace and took pictures to verify everything. The service was performed as part of our annual maintenance contract, and Richard did an outstanding job of checking out the furnace and explaining everything to me as he went along. I wanted them to do some extra work, agreed to a deposit fee, but needed to cancel because life happens, they told me no cancellation because it’s “sold work.” Sold work that I don’t want but have to pay for despite them not doing it? I had an estimate done by them. OUTRAGEOUS prices, I went with a local company for 1/4 of the price they quoted me, an example: replacing a capacitor for my blower, they wanted 300 dollars. The other company bought the part for 6 dlls and charged me 49 for the install. When I asked the technician why so much he just said very rudely, well you're paying for the experience... which I understand but not 300.....

This company doesn’t deserve a one star rating. Total rip off, overcharging for work and taking advantage of people. They didn’t pull a permit on my job and still charged me for it. I wasn’t aware of it until an inspector came for another job and let me know my hot tub was unsafe and that Wirenut had not pulled a permit that they charged me for. That is stealing! I can only imagine how many older customers have been ripped off and how unsafe their work must be without passing inspections and pocketing the money they charge to customers. When j brought this to Wirenut’s attention, they tried yet again to not pull a permit and use one that I had already opened for another job. Finally I got someone to come pull a permit legally from Wirenut and do the job correctly. They tried to charge me for the second visit which is also wrong and bad business after they tried to get away with not pulling a permit and charging me. Anyone that got in my hot tub for the last couple years could have been seriously injured because of the unsafe electrical work done. Then only nice thing I can say is that the installer that came out, Michael, was a delightful person who did whatever it took to make things right. This company is a joke! Do NOT use Wirenut if you want reasonable cost and excellent quality…it’s just not the place.

Tried to get in formation regarding obtaining a quote. I was advised that someone would call me to schedule an appointment soon. I asked if there was a charge for a quote or if it is free like most companies. Getting no straight forward answer after asking 5 times, I am not understanding how hard that question was. Free quote or not. ‘ all costs if any work needed would be discussed when they call me for an appointment “ I wasn’t asking cost of work to be performed, just if I was going to be charged for an estimate. Still no answer. So I waiting for the call……that was last month. Needless to say, the work has been completed with a company that communicated and was up front and answered ALL my questions . Not professional. Might be good at their job, hopefully, but I guess having a big name under your belt makes you better than most. WireNOT

Literally one of the best services we've ever had. Vincent explained everything clearly and we understand our options and will be moving forward in the future on a new furnace with Wirenut.

We had an issue we needed to get fixed quick as we had no heat and power to half the house. Jared with Wirenut didn't let us down. He showed up in less then 3 hours and was able to figure out the problem was between the meter and the panel and got our furnace going within minutes of his arrival. We had one of the main electric lines coming to our panel blow out and Jared was able to locate and confirm the fault location and do a temp fix to restore all power to the house since it was late in the day. He then came back out and did a final repair. Lots of digging and working in the cold wind but he and the young man with him on day 2 were always positive and courteous. I am very happy with the help I got from Jared and would recommend him if you find yourself needing assistance with electrical issues.

On time, and took down chandelier and put up new one very quickly. Technician took only about 45 minutes and paid $481 (with discount). Called back 3 days later to see if technician could raise the chandelier about 4 inches. Was told there would be a service call of $277 minimum to come back out. Thought there should be no charge for adjusting the light.

John J4 did an excellent job of repairing our A/C as well as providing helpful info. about filtration options. He also fixed some issues from the initial installation of the unit. He was polite, on time, and professional.

Said it would be $90 to come check work for a permit sign off. Wouldn’t cost anything more unless work needed to be done to fix or change anything. When the tech showed up he said it was $90 for the visit + $300 to check the box. After postponing the appointment by more than a week.Had to pay them $90 dollars to waste my time. Any other company would be better.

Wire Nut as a company has been excellent at communicating the schedule and very professional with all of our dealings. Techs Brian and Jesse were extremity kind and honest and getting their jobs done in a timely manner. They were also very good at explaining what was going on with our electrical system and what needed fixed. I will use Wire Nut again and would recommend them to friends and family for sure!

We had an appointment set. It was about a week out because that was the soonest they could get the job done. (Wiring a hot tube that already has power run to the pad, a job I was told that takes less than an hour.). They called to reschedule a couple days before the appointment because no technician would be available. Rescheduling would have pushed things back another week. Things come up and that’s the way it goes, but rather than waiting now two weeks for a simple job we will go somewhere else that is able to stick to their appointments like professionals.

Tony Fluegel and his team did a great job. Our house was an electrical basket case and Tony was able to straighten it all out and we now have the safest house on the block. It was a major job taking several days and they worked overtime and in the coldest days of the year. I was super impressed. WireNut upgraded my electric panel to replace a 20 amp breaker with a 30 amp breaker which required running a heavier gauge wire to my oven. They did a good job upgrading the panel. However, the glass in the oven door was shattered when the oven was replaced. It took a week to obtain a replacement door and install it. However, WireNut did not order the right replacement door. We will spend two or more weeks without an oven. Their service has not been satisfactory in this case.

Jerad came to give me an estimate. He gave me three alternatives to my wiring problems. No pressure and very clearly explained everything. I was very happy with the estimate. I will be using the Wirenut to do the work I need.

Mikey was in over his head from the start on this job. The company didn't properly support him. A plumber should have been included to work the hot water heater. There was too much lost time due to missing parts. The electrician should have been on site on the first day and didn't show untill noon of the second day and once again wasted hours due to not having the right parts. All in all instead of building a complete team to do a big job they just threw a few guys at it and missed the target. Mikey worked hard to complete the task but we were told 2 days and reality was 4 days. I wouldn't recommend wire nut for a big project.

They upgraded my electrical panel and ran wiring to a free standing art studio two years ago. Everything was good.We had an issue recently, called them back out because we thought there could be a problem with the work. They checked it over and found the problem was with an appliance we had plugged in.It was great to see how quick they came back after 2 years, throughly showed me everything was correct and found the issue for us.

approximately 4 years ago , work was done installing a ceiling fan. two ladies said I had a short in the ceiling and hot wired the fan , not using the wall switch,: just put a cover over it. I recently had a handyman check it out. There was nothing wrong with the ceiling wiring and he installed a wall switch. installer also required a work permit which I declined.

Tanner did an excellent job with my AC tune-up. He explained possible problems I may have down the road. He was very knowledgeable and performed the tune-up in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Tanner and the entire Wirenut staff.

My overall experience was fantastic! The online scheduling tool through the website was so easy to use. I was able to pick the exact date and time that worked for me and the follow up was quick and easy. The electrician was on time and so friendly and accommodating. I didn’t have lightbulbs for the fixture that he was installing on my 18 foot ceiling. He waited for my son to run to the store and get lightbulbs so he could get the light fixture working before he left. I will use the Wirenut again!

Professional good quality work. The code-based pricing is difficult to evaluate; I would prefer a labor-parts breakdown. I normally would get 2 to 3 estimates but electrical repair companies charge a fee for dispatch in order to get an estimate (as does WireNut). Your electrician did a good job.

David Rumbo was very professional while estimating our need for a new furnace and with problem solving for the unique challenges our particular home's construction required. We were given multiple options. Wire Nut has been one of our best experiences ever when dealing with home construction projects over 40 years.Brian Clothier and his teammate did a great job with the installation of our new system. We were lucky to catch the failing system before it went kaput. They had to make adjustments as our house was built in 1998 and it was functioning on the original system. Due to the construction of our house they had to make some modifications to the ducting system but they made the necessary changes and it works perfectly. They left the jobsite cleaner than how they found it.So happy we chose Wirenut!Steve Storms did our electrical upgrades which were quite complicated and he and his assistant did a fantastic job that made our house safer and a much more pleasant environment to live in. They also wired our greenhouse for supplemental electricity. Everything works great. They have a great work ethic and didn't waste any time. WireNut called us to schedule a maintenance visit, and we asked how long it would take and we’re told 1.5 hours at max to check our water heater and AC unit. When the initial tech (Phillip Cuizon) came in, he was very kind and seemed to be doing his job, but his “job” was pushing 3 hours at a point where he wanted to call in a senior tech to get a second opinion. When the senior tech (Charles Dozeman) got to my house, he seemed friendly as well, but turned to very misogynistic. My husband was not home, and Charles kept asking me if I knew what a certain part of the AC unit did. The answer was no. If I did, there would be no reason to call. But when I said no, he was very condescending as to how he explained it. It got even worse when they both wanted me to spend money to change out a part that day and I said not today because I wanted to talk to my husband about it. Mind you they were trying to charge me $245 for a part that costs $10. Charles was at my house for another hour making a total of 4 hours they were “performing a maintenance check” when I was told it would take 1.5 hours. Then two days later our AC stops working, but it was working just fine before they came. My husband and I had another company come out to see why it’s wasn’t working, and we had to replace a part. We had this other company look over what WireNut suggested and he said 90% of what was suggested was unnecessary. It’s safe to say my husband and I will not be using WireNut again due to the lack of respect for my time, our money, and being condescending for what seemed to be based on the fact that I’m a female.

I’ve used WireNut several times and have always appreciated their quick response. This time I didn’t have any hot water for over three days - thought it was a fluke because of something the city did but I finally called and needed some repairs to my hot water tank and value setup. That’s what I have to deal when owning an old home but WN has always been great. Jerry was patient with my questions and professional. I felt very confident in his knowledge and recommending only the services that I need done - that’s important to me because of my budget. Tomorrow the repairs will be done which is great! They’re efficient and got me on the schedule today for diagnostics and tomorrow for the work to be done so I won’t be long without hot water. WireNut home services should NOT be called for any of your home needs. I had a plumbing project that was promised to take no more than two weeks. I am writing this review 5 months later as they have barely passed city inspection 6x through and have yet to backfill all dirt and concrete to the existing job. WireNut is a company that overextends themselves and gives poor customer service. I've had to call majority of the times to see the next time they would be able to come out again and finish the job. Poor management and inexperienced technicians. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!

I helped my mom get set up with wire nut for her house. She spent over 10k to have the house electrical redone. Shes had numerous issues with the work from day one. The same issue that was addressed today she was told before to just let it go until it gets worse, and now they want to charge her hundreds of dollars to diagnose it.every time that there is an issue, they charge her a minimum of $50 for them to come out and diagnose the issues, all of which were their faults. She has an extended service contract which apparently doesn't cover anything. I firmly believe that they are taking advantage of her because she's a senior citizen. She was lied to twice today by two different associates about the cost of the diagnostic fee as well as discounts associated with it. She asked both associates today if the $50 that she paid included her military and repeat customer discounts and was told twice that she got the discount. This was not true at all. That's a pretty petty thing to lie about with a customer who's spent this much with your company.Now today after paying another $50 diagnostic fee, they told me that I need to pay an additional $500 for an advanced diagnostic fee because this particular tech seemingly can't do more than flip some breakers and test some outlets.

The job consisted of letting in a dedicated 20 Amp circuit in my garage.I received a call prior to the two men arriving. They arrived within their time window. My son explained what we needed done. They went straight to work letting in a new dedicated circuit.In the process they disclosed a very real safety concern that was a result of a solar panel installation. They then corrected that problem and completed the original task in a timely manner.They left the work area clean and orderly. Altogether a pleasant experience for my wife, my son and I. I would recommend wirenut and this crew to any of my neighbors and friends who need electrical work done.

The technician was friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, what needed to be done and why, and when he was finished, made sure everything was working. He cleaned up after himself and took the old parts with him. When he noticed additional issues, he offered to take care of them without me feeling pressured into the additional service, however, explained why he thought it would be necessary for the proper maintenance and function of the home.

Brian fixed two malfunctioning outlets very quickly. He also answered a bunch of questions I had about our smoke detectors (he saw they were outdated and WireNut can replace them) and questions I had about changing the lighting in the ceiling in the kitchen. I always pick Wirenut to come out for anything electrical because they are always prompt, always courteous and professional, and always get the job done right the first time.

Let's start at the beginningWe had one of their sales representatives come and give us a quote of a heater replacement, humidifier and central air install, as well as duct cleaning and sealing. Get a price, great I don't grip much on the price.Install day, installers come on time and replace the heater and air conditioning unit, but there isn't enough room to install the humidifier. Okay, fair enough no gripe here, but I would imagine that would have been caught ahead of time. Two days and it's all wrapped up.Duct cleaning day. Crew shows up immediately go oh, it's a down flow, we have to cut a hole on the floor gee another thing the person who sold is the system should have caught. After a we will get back to you in a few days with some options I don't hear from them until I call well after the date they said they would call us back by. Offer a refund for the cleaning. Awesome, sure, thanks.City inspection day. Small mechanical issue needs resolved, and the electrical inspection goes pretty quick as the outside unit wasn't even wired into the house, seems like a pretty significant issue, so I call immediately and get told. A crew will come out Tuesday to correct the mechanical issue and they will call me when the electrical report from the city comes in.Tuesday, after taking time off work, well past the time I was told the crew would be out. I call and the lady on the phone tells me there was nothing scheduled Friday for Tuesday and they will call me in 24-48 hours.Are they going to call? If past we'll call you have been any indication, probably not.Small stuff they might be great, but I would be very wary of large projects, I feel like they don't have good project management.I am very disappointed and frustrated by my experience with wire nut, and will find another company after we finish this project.

Carl and Adam were the best HVAC people we have had. They went the extra mile to install our humidifier. They also checked our other unit and found that it was not installed correctly and fixed it. Adam is an apprentice and has number one customer service. He went out of his way to get me manuals that had not been left with us before. I hope their manager sees this and gives them a big raise. Unless you have knowledge regarding HVAC systems you have to trust that work done is done properly. I thank God that WireNut sent Carl and Adam.

Had to pay for the same service twice because it wasn't done right the first time and proper questions were not asked by the technician. Had two fans installed. The fan remote in the master bedroom was not installed the first time even though we had a remote in there for the previous fan. Our old remote does not work on the new fan but we are not the experts on that and we're not asked her, your other remote won't work with this fan or hey, you had a remote previously, do you want one for the new fan? Or hey I didn't see a remote in the box, did you still want that installed? Nothing. I could have gone out and bought a remote in that time. The technician installed the fan and left. We later found out that there was a full fee to come back out and install the fan remote and it required the fan to be taken all the way down and reinstalled. We were charged full price for this the second time for something that could have been avoided the first time, even though these questions should have been asked on the first install. Management has not been very understanding for this inconvenience. May be worth your time to look elsewhere for similar services if you value your time and money.

Good work but way too expensive. Almost $700 just for one valve replacement which was a quick repair. Kept saying it was that much because of lifetime warranty. No one else I had experience with would charge so much just for a warranty. No option to not get warranty. Never again.

A Fishing ExpeditionJohnny & Patrick arrived early for what should have been a relatively routine installation. First LED light went into the office quite quickly. Great illumination! Second fixture for the dining room was another matter - getting the electric lead from the existing box through a narrow access for a new box location was something else. The guys showed remarkable patience & resilience (including answering all my questions) to get the odd shaped fixture in place on an elevated, angled ceiling & illuminating after a several hours! Quite happy with the results!

I have been in the service industry 10 years plus.. They're pricing on a diagnostic for a furnace is 430$ which is outrages. I reached out to other companies and have Colorado heroes coming over to do the diagnostic for 89$. The tech came to the house to do a tune up on the furnace which was suppose to cost 79$. once he got there he tried to upcharge and basically take an arm in a leg. said he couldn't do the tune up and continued to still charge me for the service. Very unhappy with this experience. The cleaning was priced at 800$ these prices are ridiculous. I would not recommend using them, once they get a foot in the door they will try to steal your money....

Ben conducted the annual inspection on my electrical system. He was very professional and thorough. He pointed out several things to consider for future maintenance and upgrades. His expertise was very helpful.Skye performed the annual maintenance and service for our AC system and flushed the hot water heater. This included inspection and replacement of the humidifier filter. Skye called ahead, was on time and worked quickly and thoroughly. She explained each step of the service and inspections and explained the options for replacement and future maintenance of our systems. She did a great job.On 20 October, 2021 Arbor performed the annual HVAC evaluation and maintenance in our home. He was thorough and efficient. He explained the items he was checking and answered questions clearly. He recommended some future maintenance actions I should consider. I appreciated Arbor's professional service and technical knowledge.

So I've scheduled two appointments to have some basic electrical work done in my home. Both times I've taken the day off from work so I could be home when the tech shows up. BOTH times my appointments have been cancelled by Wire Nut due to a shortage of available workers. I will never schedule another appointment with them and I'm telling everyone I know not to use them. Because, they should not schedule so many jobs that they can't get to all of them AND they should allow for a back up appointment just in case the first one falls through. They should do better than calling you the day of your appointment with a BY THE WAY we won't be there today, PURELY AMATEUR! I understand the work shortage, but why should I have to suffer because they can't come up with a scheduling solution. Like I said PURELY AMATEUR!

Jonathan and Mikey were our technicians and I can’t say enough great things about these two! They came out to install an Ecobee Thermostat but we’re faced with bigger challenges than expected. I was recommended to use this company so I called and tried to get a quote to get my chandelier hung. They said they could not give a quote over the phone or even a ballpark estimate. They only do in person, I said okay that’s understandable. I set an appointment and 2 hours into our 3 hour window they call to say they are with another client and can’t come. Okay fine, things happen. This time we schedule for the first time slot of the day to avoid this, this time they cancel AGAIN. So unreliable. Cancelling not once but twice is no way to earn business. I would not recommend using them if they can’t hire enough people to fill the appointments they schedule…I hate giving out 1 stars but this one was deserved.

I needed work done on the electrical panel of the house and was able to schedule repairs within one day - amazing! Electrician was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. They called to cancel my appointment (which I had made a month ago) 15 minutes into the appointment window saying they had a bunch of emergencies... fine I understand... EXCEPT this isn't the first time they've done this to me. It happened for another time for maintenance services this spring. This time though, the next available appointment was MORE THAN 1 MONTH LATER. That's what I take issue with.You CAN'T rely on this company to keep their appointments, and if you can't trust them with one thing (showing up when they say they will) you can't trust them with anything. March 2 2023 I was happy with the service I have received in the past from this provider. That all changed today. The tech they sent is sick she has been coughing since she got here. Called the office about it. I got to three different people. They all said they didnt know or see her cough at the office today. Talked to John his solution to this was to put me on a no service list. Ask to talk to the owner John eather would or could not put me in touch with him. This was a 5 star review and a high recommendation. Please use some other company.

No follow through, no QA. We paid them over $20k to bring our home electric up to code. Months later, breakers are still flipping, dimmer switches are shocking us, and labels are incorrect or absent. Call desk is disinterested. Noone keeps track of the overall job details or comprehensive completion of the job.

I had my technician Logan Kramer come out to take a look at my older home's plumbing. He did everything, even gave a call to let me know he was on his way (I overslept and missed it, but it happened regardless)! I was given information all throughout, had questions answered right away and was even allowed to watch the screen of the camera going through the pipes! I was given all of the possible options I could take to have them come out and put work into my underground system and then some. I am beyond happy I went with my Mother's and older Sister's reccomendations to work with this company!! I have financing so I didn't have to shell out all of the money in one go (sigh of relief). I am also a member through WireNut, which means I will be able to get things serviced through them regularly. If what I've said hasn't convinced you to set up an appointment, then all I can say is to do your own research and find out you should have already done work with WireNut anyway!

Brian was on time and worked through the whole day with purpose. After all the work was done he was happy to show and explain everything they did as well as take the time to answer all my questions.

I scheduled an appointment online with WireNut and the work was scheduled and done the next day. A $29 service call which was not bad is the initial fee to get someone out to the house. Things became interesting with the price to replace the outlet. One outlet!!! I had an outdoor outlet replaced with a cover. Kind of pricey!! It cost $313 to replace one outlet and add a cover, which is ridiculous. It took the electrician about 7 minutes to do the replacement. I don't see how they can justify this amount for 7 minutes worth of work. To make matters worse, I may need to call the electrician back to check the outlet again because it pushes in when I insert a plug in the socket. This was one of the problems before the service and I made this known to the electrician. They have a warranty on their work so hopefully it's honored and there are no out of pocket expenses since I called to make them aware of the issue on the same day as the service. All of that money and it's still not right. Definitely one and done with this company. It's my fault though, I should have denied the repair and just pay the service call fee. I know electrical service is not cheap, but I was charged way too much for the work that was done.

I had a circuit that was always tripping so I called them to check it out. The initial service fee of having them estimate the what was going on was discounted since I booked online. Only after the >SALESMAN< had all the outlets off was I told it was a $500 charge to determine the issue. I was told that a wire was not grounded and a new wire would need to be run. They gave me three options of services and I chose one. The day they came they completed the other two services and didn't touch the initial problem I called them for. They were getting ready to leave when I asked if they were going run the new wire. The tech told me that since the circuit didn't trip while they were there that they don't see an issue anymore. *They were going to leave without doing the work I called them for* They took advantage of someone who didn't know that they would sell unnecessary solutions. Never going to recommend them, going to tell ALL my friends not to use them. Buyer beware, they are out to make as much money as they can. I have every confidence they would have left my house without telling me they didn't complete the work.Follow up to my post on Wirenut on 03/04/2021. After talking to a different electrician, I realized how much Wirenut took advantage of me. Over $4500 in charges for unnecessary work. They could have completed the work in less than an hour for under $500, but that is where they get you. Its a $79 charge JUST TO GET THEM TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE. Then after they start hooking up their electronics and poking around, they let you know that it is a $500 diagnostic fee. So almost $600 and they haven't started on any work. They they start the sales... They play upon your fears and lack of understanding of how electricity works. The Wirenut team that worked on my house left without taking care of the initial problem I called them out for. Yes they took it off my bill, but I HAD TO ASK THEM IF THEY WERE GOING TO DO THE JOB THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME OUT HERE FOR. THEY SAID THAT SINCE THE BREAKER DIDN'T TRIP WHILE THEY WERE HERE, THE ISSUE SHOULD BE SOLVED. They wanted to charge me $675...with the 10% discount to come BACK out to my house to complete the work they should have taken care of in the first place. The other electric company that came out today took care of the problem for a FRACTION of the $675 and the took less than an hour.If you enjoy paying out the nose for people to take advantage of you, by all means hire Wirenut. This will be shared on all my social media sites as well as a review on other places. Don't be like me and save yourself the money!!

7/24 this is now a 1 start review. It’s now been 6 days, 4 business days and I still don’t have air conditioning. My scope of work states 1 day for 17k. I’m sure I overpaid which I can justify when going with a well known a shop who I assumed would be accountable. Wrong move. I suggest going somewhere else.So far so good. Arber is fantastic.

I really think ZERO stars should be an option because that is the amount of stars Wire Nut earned. Our furnace stopped working around midnight Saturday night. My husband tried to do some research and see what it could be but after a couple hours of trying to figure it out we decided it would be best to just call Wire Nut since they were the ones who serviced (and repaired costing thousands) our furnace only months prior. According to their website they are open 24 hours. It was 2am and I decided to start a chat with them off their website. I asked if they could send someone out now since it was 3 degrees outside, the house was getting cold and we have a baby at home. The person on the chat said they couldn't come out until MONDAY!! I was astonished!! I asked what I was suppose to do in order to keep my house warm and why did their website says they are open 24 hours if they won't come out until Monday. He ignored my first question and said they are open 24 hours to make APPOINTMENTS FOR DURING OFFICE HOURS!!! Are you kidding me? They also have an emergency phone line, and tried that, but after being on hold awhile, I hung up and never talked to anyone! NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!We called Polar Bear Mechanical at 2:30 in the morning and not only did they answer the phone but they had a technician out within 30 minutes to fix the problem. The technician was awesome and even tried to be a quiet as possible because he knew our baby was sleeping. If you ever need HVAC assistance in the Colorado Springs area, CALL POLAR BEAR MECHANICAL.

Brian DeProspo and his co-worker Julian did a great job installing my new motion detector light above my garage door. They were professional and very friendly. I hired WireNut four years ago to install my new circuit breaker box and digital electric meter, and they made sure my home was grounded correctly. Their team for that project did a great job, and their work passed the Colorado Springs city code inspection. I will hire WireNut again for any electrical work, and I highly recommend their team.

I set an appointment for a Wirenut electrician to meet at my home 3 weeks ago and got a call 1 hour before the expired window that they could not meet that day and we rescheduled for today. Just got a call again that they were running behind on a morning project and could they reschedule for Friday. I simply said thanks but no thanks. I understand that electricians are extremely busy in 2021. I would even have appreciated a call the day before but for me to wait between 10-1pm and get a call at 12:16pm put my work day out as I am waiting at my house for 3 hours. I am sure they do great work. I am in construction as well. If I canceled twice less than an hour before the appointment window, the chance to get the sale would be close to nil. Showing up is half the battle.

I responded to a TV advertisem*nt that offered an AC Tune-Up for $49 from the WireNut. I called and scheduled an appointment. Joseph came out to inspect the furnace and air conditioner and did a very thorough job. Joseph was very professional and courteous, but he never performed an AC tune-up. Fortunately I was never charged for the AC tune-up. In my opinion this was a classic bait and switch maneuver. Offer an AC tune-up at a great price, gain access to the customer's home, inspect the furnace as well as the AC, come up with a list of problems for both the furnace and AC, offer a sales pitch to sell you a new furnace and/or AC. Joseph never performed an AC tune-up, which was the primary purpose of the service call. Joseph was very professional and pleasant at all times and he never tried to pressure me into a purchase, I just was not looking to purchase anything other than an AC tune-up.

I called and scheduled an appointment, in October, for a furnace tune up using their coupon for $79 out of the val pack. Appointment was scheduled for November. They sent me a text the day before to confirm and asked me to have my phone available between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 pm. I had my phone available I have no missed calls, no missed texts, no missed messages from this business. So, I called after 1:00 p.m. asking what happened?? They told me they canceled because they had a high priority call! You may as well tell your customers they don't matter to you at all if they're just a regularly scheduled furnace tune up. I would not recommend this company, I will not use them again and I'm highly disappointed! They did offer to reschedule me but not until December........ Only use this company if you have time to waste!

So much information I recieved from my technician today. Although, repairs were not able to be repaired today of my water leakage throughout my mobile home, he explained why repairs could not be done at this time and that I had a piping that needed replaced throughout my home. It was a little much to process but, He explained everything to me, my options and what wire nut could do for me to salvage life of my mobile home. No pressure from him just pure professionalism.

Quick and professional. He showed us the equipment he was using and explained the tests as we watched. We were impressed with how everything went and even signed a service agreement. We felt happy with the entire experience.As part of the service agreement, they came by and checked our electrical system, tightened wires in the fuse box, checked outlets and light switches. they showed where we had a few problems and are now in the process of getting them fixed.

John, Tyler, Alex, and Mark were great. They made replacing my furnace relatively painless and even provided space heaters to get us through the cold weekend before the Monday morning install. The thermostat does not connect to wifi as promised but it was still miles ahead of where my old one was. Overall, I would recommend Wire Nut to any of my friends or family who need a complete furnace replacement.

I unfortunately bought a house with some faulty electrical work. Luckily my first call was to the WireNut for which I see their trucks all around town. They came to my house the next day and I don't believe it was considered an emergency dispatch which was nice. I spent the day getting everything that was damaged triaged and a plan to repair and fix the root cause. I felt confident that the work being done was cost effective (even though I spent a whole lot on the repair) but competent and would ultimately resolve any problem I would have in the future. The value in using the WireNut company is knowing that the work will be done once and you can feel like the advice you get is reliable. I can imagine there are others that are cheaper but I feel with this company the work is getting done right, quick and the work is final. After dealing with other companies where I spent smaller amounts over time I'm glad I'm spending the money with WireNut to have this work be final.I will also add that, they worked with my insurance. They never mentioned not having the parts and I never had to wait for dispatch type issues. Other companies I've worked with that was normal. Very professional service over all. I'll be loyal from now on.

Well this is my 2nd time reaching out to wirenut. The first time they came out to fixed a non working outlet in my home. I asked them to confirm they were all working. They said they put electrical tape on the neutral line charged me $467 and they were out the door in about 30 mins. I still have one outlet that's not working. I had an issue with my furnace called them back Joseph Friel insisted I replace the water heater 40 gal for $3600 and my furnace for $8000. Before he addressed the furnace he aggressively explained I needed to replace my waterheater before I address the furnace. My furnace is working great after cleaning the sensor and I recently got my water heater replaced with a 50 gallon for 2900 versus the 3600 he wanted for a 40 gal. These guys are super expensive and Mr. Friel is a super pushy sales guy. I used to think these guys were solid until my last two interactions with them. Get some other estimates for yourself and you'll save yourself a ton of money!

I really appreciated David’s attention to detail, both on the AC system itself, and the human side of making sure we understood what was happening to our system and felt confident about the resolution. We called WireNut in response to a failure that occurred late at night, and had safety questions and concerns about. David took the time to fully check out the system and figure out what happened, but also to patiently explain what we should expect from a similar failure and what to do if it happens again. We used WireNut for some HVAC maintenance and we're happy with their service, so we decided to use them for a full AC and Furnace replacement. The tech who installed the system decided to leave early and not finish the installation. Only a month later we noticed that the Furnace is making a vibration noise and water is pooling on the furnace, making the screws rust and the panel oxidize. Not only that, we noticed that the outside AC unit is making a lot more noise then our old unit. We called WiteNut to have them come out and look at it and they responded that they would charge us $79 after we've spent almost $10,000 with them. The $79 is not the problem, but the principal that they would not even look at their workmanship without charging us even more. Extremely unhappy with their customer service and will not ever use them again.

Chase did a great job at servicing our furnace.Talked to us about an electrostatic filter for our furnace and also about duct cleaning.And, talk about going the extra mile....he shoveled our front sidewalk. He deserves 5 stars and more!

Brian & Bryson did a complete overhaul of our home electrical system installing a new breaker box, a whole home surge protector and fixing all of the outlets. They were awesome. They gave us regular updates throughout the process, they fixed some other minor things, and were very efficient. Chance Seymore reported to me an entire inspection of the whole electrical system in my house.After he did that, I found out that the entire report was so complete and accurate that I immediately signed a contract with WireNut to have all the work on the contract done as soon as possible. Wirenut was the only electric company to do a thorough exam of my electrical box & quote me a price that meets the new regional building codes. Brian came out today to upgrade my box, meet the code requirements & put in a 220 outlet for my Mustang Mach E. He was very professional & friendly. He stayed late until the job was complete. He answered all questions we asked him. I will continue to use Wirenut for all of my household needs.

They completed all work in a timely manner.They cleaned up and ensured everything was functional before they left.

I called Wire Nut and told them I had a water valve to my clothes washer that needed to be replaced. They scheduled the replacement for a week and a half later. Then they called and said the plumber they had assigned it to was injured and they would have to assign it to someone else. That appointment was scheduled for a month later. When they finally arrived they said they didn't have time to do the repair and didn't have the valve they needed with them. The gentleman in charge said we had to pay for half the cost at this time. We were then charged for the full cost of the repair on our credit card when none of the work had yet been done. When we called about this, the person in the office said they couldn't credit back half of it to our credit card. They would have to issue us a check. It was another week before the work was scheduled. When they finally arrived, it was an apprentice who did the work and he did a fine job. But after they left I noticed that when they moved the washer and dryer out of the way to complete the repair, they disconnected the dryer hose and didn't connect it back up. I had to call them to come back and do this. The work was completed and nothing is leaking so far. I'm not complaining about that. I'm complaining about the amount of time it took to complete the repair and the fact that it took so long to get the work done and that we were charged for the whole job before it was finished. This was our first time using WireNut and with other plumbers I've used I've never had to pay anything up front, especially when they were told what the problem was before they came. I thought that their prices were pretty steep too. Their website wanted me to rate their work and only gave me a happy face or a sad face to click on. I think this is more complicated that that. Happy face for the quality of the work once it was done. Sad face about the overall customer service. I don't think I will be using them again.

Scheduled an appointment for June 27, tech called because his prior job had gone long and rescheduled for June 29. That appointment was cancelled due to lack of techs, and rescheduled for July 5. That appointment was rescheduled for July 11 due to unknown reasons. Which was then attempted to reschedule for July 15 before we finally cancelled and found someone who actually wanted to work.

We use the Wirenut yearly checkup subscription and it's been super great. They even remind you to use the subscription. It's a great service.

To date, 07/25/2022, Wire Nut has not been able to make the air conditioner they installed on 5/12/2022 work properly, to no avail. They have tried everything they can possibly think of to make it work properly from adding a new cold air return to our ceiling and two more vents to the floors. Now they want to add fans in the attic. I have done research and found out the high-end unit they installed is just a basic unit, not the one I was billed for and the air flow in the attic is not restricted. I have filed a complaint with the Pueblo Regional Building Department who, by the way, has failed Wire Nut on every inspection of work they have done on my property. I have documentation and photos.

Our tech Jamie Mazurek was amazing! She was courteous and professional. She was also patient as we have a small Pomeranian and he gets excited with people in the house! She didn't skip a beat though! This is my first and last time using this company for anything. Their communication skills are absolutely poor, got charged a emergency fee, despite never saying that it was a urgent issue. I regret choosing this company for my hvac needs and advise you to avoid this company at all costs.

Kevin Del Puerto was my technician and did an excellent job of servicing my furnace and air conditioner for the upcoming cooling season. He went out of his way to check the turbine fan in the furnace and found it needed cleaning. He is friendly, professional and explains the work he does. So we had them out for a estimate and another company. The other company(very trusted and highly recommended) estimate was 14000 dollars cheaper. That is not just a little labor.

These people are terrible! Their customer service is nonexistent. I have never been treated so rude by a service provider in my life. The lady was yelling at me, would not let me speak, and cared less about my needs. I was scheduled for electrical work, which they had to call and reschedule the first time due to the electrician having COVID, which I appreciated, but the earliest they could reschedule me was a week and a half later. While this wasn't ideal, I agreed and accepted the new day/time. Mind you, they called well into the assigned time window to cancel ...... Fast-forward a week and a half, 45min into the new time window, I got a call saying they cant accommodate my apt due to other projects and that they'll need to reschedule me yet again for another week out. I get that they are busy and have to prioritize the more severe issues, but to reschedule twice with little to no heads up is unacceptable. We are working on a construction project and need electrical work done until we can move on, and now we are stuck having to wait additional time. They have now set us back a month! I have worked in the service industry and would never treat a person as I was treated today for two main reasons. One, I could never be that rude to a person, and two, if I were, I would have been shown the door. They must not realize people work and have to arrange their schedule to be home for these scheduled services. My time is just as valuable as theirs, and I am now out valuable time I could have been servicing my own clients.

He presented 2 different plans and helped me fill out an application for 1 year interest free financing for the plan I chose! The Wirenut service people will be back on Monday to resolve the issue! They measure the furnace air pressure, check out the electronic, make sure your using the proper filters and a bunch of other diagnostics. Gives you peace of mind your furnace will be there for you during this cold winter. Friendly and don't talk over your head. Took photos of what they saw and did a review before they left.

Pros: great customer service. The installers were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My house was a challenge and they were able to over come those in a timely fashion.Cons: Extremely expensive. Just to have an energy efficient heating system (no a/c) installed was 14-15k. This is a $3500 unit. That is 11k for parts and labor. I called a couple other services and spoke to a couple friends who just had HVAC work done and all said that 15k is the high end of having energy efficient heating AND AC installed.This is on me. I needed a new furnace, because ours was leaking CO2 and natural gas. and even though I knew I needed to get a second or third quote I allowed the timeshare salesman to convince me to go with there company (there's a 15% restocking fee and they have to report your basem*nt death trap to the city if they are not the ones installing the new system).I will not be buying any other services from this company (AC, Aeroseal $3500, advanced filtration $3500)So I give this company 3 stars. 5 stars on customer service and 1 star on being so overpriced.

2nd time I have to post this review because my first one got deleted. Seemingly a lot of other 1 star reviews got removed as well. This company said they would come out to install a chandelier for me, after waiting multiple weeks for an appointment. They just don’t contact me during my 3 hour window… I call 15 minutes before the time is up only to say they won’t make it. Had I not called they wouldn’t have called. Then I rescheduled a 2nd time this time 1st thing in the morning so they couldn’t ghost me again. Sure enough no call, no show. They didn’t even let me know! I had to call them to then say the techs had an emergency and they couldn’t get anyone to cover. I was 1st appointment in the morning! The lies and excuses are ridiculous. I get I’m not a priority but maybe it was because a chandelier install isn’t an opportunity to upsell unnecessary items and things. Go to the electric way, they are honest and hard working.

About two years ago we had our heating ducts cleaned which turned out to be nothing more than running a small vacuum into what ducts they felt they could access.So when Mark from Wirenut showed us how dirty they were, we decided to have Wirenut clean them properly. Daniel C. And Alex S. had the right equipment to THOROUGHLY clean them this time with a large vacuum attached to the ducts, a tentacle device that scrapes and compressed air to push what is scraped into the vacuum. Now the ducts are truly clean and we are thankful.Note to others. Have Wirenut clean your ducts and be sure they are truly clean (they send before and after photos).

I needed help with a light dimmer. I didn't know any electricians in the area so I went with my gut and called WiredNut. The certified electrician that came out to help spent a great deal of time explaining the issue once he figured out the problem. The electrician even did on the spot quotes for some other things he found that weren't up to code and explained what he'd need to do in order to get everything within regulation. I was very pleased with the results. The price was steep for the amount of work we needed done, but I have no doubts in the quality or expertise. I would definitely hire WiredNut again in the future.

Price was way above what 2 people living on just Social Securiy can deal with. However their technician or the plumber Gavin was excellent. Such a nice young man and so professional and was able to take care of replacing the old frozen Faucet and putting the new one in in a timely manner!

I called WireNut to look at an outlet that until now had worked fine to charge my car for the last 5 years, but stopped working after the storms last week, so they sent out Jared who looked at everything, advised me on the best solution for charging the car, and replacing the outlet. Also as it turned out the entire electric panel needed to be replaced because it was old and out of code. Jarod offered many options for me to choose from that gave me a lot of flexibility in cost options that would still get the job done. I especially like the fact that WireNut offers many different financing options including a 0% interest for 12 months, with qualifying credit, LOVE that! Initially because of the financing options we decided to go with the full safety upgrade at the highest quoted option, but unfortunately we had other unexpected expenses and I had to call WireNut and have them change the scope of work to a less expensive option, but still fully upgraded box with many safety features. I spoke with Madison from their electric department and within minutes she had the work order changed to the less expensive option and she took care of everything, I didn't need to do anything more and the work went as scheduled. Madison was very helpful, professional and was a great help. We decided to have WireNut do the panel replacement and upgrade as well as replacing the existing exterior outlet with one that was to code, safer, and covered, and they installed a whole new outlet on the driveway side of the trailer that is dedicated to charging the car and also be used for anything else electrical. The Technician who came to install Kyler and his partner came on the day scheduled, they were on time, professional, friendly and very efficient. What was supposed to be a day long job Kyler and his partner got right to work and finished within four hours. I only had one small problem after, the exterior outlet for the car charger was going in the wrong direction and my charger plug wouldn't fit into the box, so I only needed that outlet to be reversed, I called WireNut and Kyler was back out and completed the outlet reversal right away. We couldn't be more pleased with the work, the new equipment and everything is safe and new. All of the employees at WireNut are Outstanding customer service professionals. Everyone was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with, helpful, flexible and they got our job done perfectly, professionally and timely. It was easy to get an appointment, and Jessica came out and did a great and clean job of installing a new outdoor outlet. My only gripe is the price (over $600 for one outlet) seems high to me, but I don't have a lot of experience hiring electricians, so maybe that's just the going rate, especially during the pandemic. The work is outstanding and professional, regardless.

Our doorbell was not working and Jose replaced our doorbell and transformer and synced it all to our Ring doorbell outside. He also found a problem with our electrical box that was not right and he replaced that breaker. He did a great job and we are very happy with his work.

Six months to replace electrical panel which was prolonged due to incorrect parts, miscommunication with line locators, coordination with City to shut down power, fix findings from multiple inspections and finally scheduling priority. The installation was good however, dealing with Electrical schedulers/office management was poor, at best.

We had a seized blower motor on a very old furnace that left us with no AC in the August heat. Wirenut had a technician scheduled quickly and they arrived within their stated time frame, and with a good amount of advanced warning. The representative who came out, Jesse, was professional, thorough and obviously interested in providing the best range of options for us as a household. While on site, we inquired about other upgrades we had been considering and Jesse was able to get a package put together that met our needs to a tee. We look forward to dealing with them in the future for maintenance, cleaning, and HVAC expansions to our home. Bonus points for being a very veteran focused company, both from staffing and customer service standpoints.

WireNut did a great job. I thought I could switch put the thermostat on, but couldn't. They came when they said, charged what they said, and did a thorough job. I am VERY pleased. I will be using them again.

Stay Away****Scheduled a cleaning and servicing on furnace and had an inducer motor replaced, part was under warranty. I was over charged $900 for installation. Called back because furnace wasn't working and quoted $500 to clean the pump. Sent another company to evaluate and they said I got ripped off. New company arrived and said there isn't a filer in the unit and it appears it was never cleaned. Don't trust this company, the employees have no integrity and the communication sucks.

He replaced the oil leaking for AC condensate. It was done promptly and efficiently. The labor cost was somewhat high, but I considered it worth the value for a quality repair/replacement.

Although I didn't get the news I was hoping for I couldn't have asked for better service. Arber was more than just out to fix my system, he showed and explained everything he found in my system. He made sure I understood the cause, reason and the cost of every suggested repair and never pressured me one time to fix anything. He, and his service, were awesome.

The most unprofessional plumber I’ve ever dealt with. They cancelled and rescheduled my appointment 3 times within hours/minutes of when they were scheduled to come, and then when they finally did come they sent someone who wasn’t even a plumber, and he showed up hours late so I wasn’t home and had to race back to the residence which was really inconvenient. All for them to charge me $80 and say they needed someone else to come out to do the job. Fast forward to today when the other guy was supposed to come to do the job. I was given a window of 8-10 am and I still have not heard from them at all. It is now almost 12. I’m astounded at how poor their customer service is and how little they seem to care for their customers. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The technician (Joseph Friel) that came to my home to install my water heater was VERY respectful and personable. He took the time to make sure the installation was done right the first time, and I am VERY pleased with his professionalism and expertise! His work was done in a timely manner and he did a tremendous job of cleaning up after the job and removing debris from the installation. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing home plumbing or heating repairs. I will DEFINITELY hire the Wire Nut again for my repairs and installation.

Very easy to schedule a technician to come out for a basic service call. The technician (Keith) called first and even arrived a few minutes early. He was very professional, friendly, and competent.There was corrosion and issues with some of the coils in the furnace so Keith scheduled a senior tech to follow up at no additional cost. Charles came the next day. Charles called prior to arrival to make sure the time was still good and arrived exactly when he said he would.Charles spent a tremendous amount of time going over the furnace, examining the heat exchanger, evaporator, gas vents, drains, and fan motor. He took a lot of pictures and patiently explained every detail of what he was doing.I'm very glad to chose WireNut. If Keith and Charles are typical examples of their employee, then they will have all of my future HVAC and electrical business.

I asked for a gas line to be installed to my garage. And, I agreed to pay the $89 for them to come and quote the job. They came out but told me that they couldn't quote the job and someone else would have to do it.. Well, but yet they still charged me $89. I'm not a gas expert. If they needed more info they should have asked when I booked the appointment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these con men.

I don't recommend this company never, I called to schedule an appointment because I have a broken pipe and they told me the soonest availability 6 days later and I agreed to get that day and after a week I called to make sure what time they will be here they told me there is no appointment scheduled for me???? And the soonest they have after 6 weeks, very very bad customer service and communications

I made my appointment online for an AC issue. They called me a short time later to confirm the appointment and had an earlier time slot for me.The technician was right on time. He explained everything, took pictures, and walked me through my options. AC is working great now!I will definitely be a repeat customer.

We had a clogged drain which he cleared easily, it was thirty feet down, so it wasn't that easy. He assured us that it was not a tree root or drain damage, which put our minds at ease. Good job!

I found wirenut to be very professional and responsive. Our technician Jared Hannes was extremely helpful.

Our heater wasn't working and the A/C wasn't cooling well. Joseph came out and fixed a loose wire and heater started right away. While inspecting the A/C unit, he noticed all coolant had leaked on top of the unit. A weld didn't hold from the installation. Also the outside unit was filthy, noone told us it needed cleaning. He told me straight up the problems were from the installation, mistakes that Wire Nut made, so we wouldn't have to pay anything. The HVAC tech came out 3 days later and fixed and cleaned everything AT NO CHARGE. The outside unit was always noisy when on, now it's so quiet. Also on really hot days, the inside temp never cooled below 76°. It's been too cool to test it, but it is blowing much better. Thank you, Wire Nut and esp. Joseph for your outstanding customer service!

Great staff and friendly service but with a cost. Really the only plumbing company to actually call me back in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately very overpriced. It cost me nearly $4000 (after military discount) for them to install a water heater that you can buy from Home Depot for less than $700 when the only plumbing work they had to do was shorten one connection (it took them 40 minutes all said and done). If I wasn't in a bind and out of town I would have either done the work myself or looked elsewhere. At least they were friendly, but I hope to never have to use them again. I've since heard from two different plumbers that they are known to be overly expensive and often make an easy job seem very difficult by grunting and making loud noises.

Charles Dozeman came to inspect and confirm a problem that came up during my furnace maintenance related to an aging air conditioning unit. He showed me the problem, explained thoroughly why the unit needed to be replaced and gave me several options. He was courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable about the different units that were available and also my financing options. I’m so impressed with the quality of professionals that Wirenut has, both today and in the past and I know that my ac install tomorrow with be high quality also.

Charged $500 for a “diagnostic” after a power surge where they were only there for 30 minutes. Craziness. Also charged an emergency fee at 11AM on a weekday. Really? Nice kids but seemed their hands were tied and had to charge that much due to policy. Lesson learned, albeit an expensive one. Look elsewhere.

Phillip Cuizon was the BEST WireNut Tech. I have ever had come to my house to perform annual checks on my AC and Furnace. He was the first to point out to me to move furniture, etc. away from my intake vents which are hidden on bottom of a large book shelf in the living room. They cleaned and sealed my air ducts, checked my humidifier, installed an electrostatic filter and sensors to keep my house safe. They were pleasant, professional, helpful, and friendly. They weren't cheap but worth every penny. They always take good care of me.

The electrician came to figure out an issue and was able to resolve it after charging more for having to dig deeper to figure out the issue...at the cost of $686. It was incorrect wiring for my microwave and garbage disposal.The bigger issue was my wood floors got scraped up by my stove being moved. The manager said they should not take full responsibility or need to pay for both the wood plank replacements and the installation since the manager said when the flooring was originally installed they should have put some padding under appliances to move them. So a shift of responsibility. They are only going to compensate half of the cost to replace and fix the floors. So I am out an additional $150+. I'm so upset and won't be using them again.Also, my microwave continues to trip the breaker!

Should be called WireNut Scammers; especially towards seniors. Sadly my elderly in-laws were scammed; a simple job that shouldn’t have cost anymore than $200, suddenly was over $900. Don’t let them in your home, don’t!!!

Arber and Rebecca performed an annual furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater checkup for me. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained the current status of each unit thoroughly. They were about 1 1/2 hours late past the time window that I had scheduled. They apologized and explained that they had to respond to an emergency call prior to mine on the opposite end of our county, so I understood. I was, overall, very happy with their service.

Arber did a great job with furnace tuneup. He pointed out a few things that I should consider doing and answered a few questions regarding the difference in filters.

Because of the great service and price we have had with WireNut in the past, we contacted them again. Vincent came to measure our home for a mini-split a/c system, as we have baseboard heating and therefore no ducts. He was eager to set us up with an electrician to give a bid for that side of the job, and said often they can perform the work within a week or so. Thanks again WireNut!

Initially, our electrician Steven came out to assist with a bad outlet in the laundry room. He very easily identified the issue and was able to correct the issue efficiently and effectively. Also, at my request he provided a quote for both a 240v outlet in the garage as well as a whole home surge protector. Horrible company. Terrible experience. Spent 23,000 on rerouting electric service to my new garage and 16,000 to get plumbing into the garage. Overpriced and they're communication with regional building department is a joke. Its been 6 months and they still can't pass inspection.

Four Months ago: Mainly an inspection and troubleshooting of HVAC. Jerry was very thourough and excellent experience showed through. After Wirenut inspection, we hired a local professional, while Jerry from Wirenut said we need a whole NEW unit which costs over 10K. The OTHER professinal that we used through our home warranty said all you need is better filters, cost under $15.00. Do NOT use WIRENUT!!! I want my $89.00 special money back, my wife is very upset, what a waist. Call me Wirenut to save face.
