Keto Pizza (Crust, Sauce, Toppings)
Every layer of our Keto pizza is equally important! The crust is the base of the pizza and responsible for holding the sauce and toppings without falling apart. The tomato sauce delivers that savory mouthfeel and ties the pizza crust and topping together. The toppings enhance the pizza in every way while also changing the flavor profile from light and fresh (margarita pizza) to heavy and meaty (meatlovers pizza).
- flourless - no dough, no rising, no resting, no kneading, and no gluten
- common ingredients - no coconut flour, no almond flour, no Xanthan Gum and no whey protein

How to make a Keto Pizza
Learn how to make a Keto Pizza you'll love sharing with friends and family. Hopefully, you've already pre-baked the crust and are ready to assemble the whole pizza.
With a prepared crust and sauce, this recipe comes together in a snap. The instructions below are for my favorite pizza.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius).
2. Spread the Keto pizza sauce evenly on the crust. Leave the edges untouched.
3. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese.
4. Add the Italian sausage (pre-cook and drain excess fat).
5. Bake pizza for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and lightly golden brown. Don't remove the parchment paper you used when baking the crust.
6. Cool slightly, cut, and serve.
Repeat with the remaining crust and toppings of your choice.
Tips for success
- For more dazzle and fresh aroma, drizzle a bit of extra virgin olive oil on the cooked pizza. A light dusting of parmesan cheese, some fresh basil or oregano are other great options.
- Use a pizza stone for restaurant-quality results. It gets very hot and distributes heat beautifully to produce a crispier crust.
- In as much as you'd want to pile your pizza with all your favorite toppings, less is really more. Just add each slice with bits of every topping.
- If you include veggies in your toppings, make sure you pat them dry to avoid the moisture from getting absorbed. This is especially true for veggies with high moisture content like cherry tomato, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, spinach. Alternatively, consider sautรฉing, grilling, or roasting the veggies first. This will not only release much of the moisture but also add a more intense flavor profile.
