Ramen Noodle Skillet Supper uses affordable ramen noodles with ground beef and veggies to create the most flavorful and simple stir fry!
A FAMILY FAVORITE DINNER
This ramen noodle skillet meal is something just a bit different than my usual weeknight meals. It’s super simple to make and you only need one pan and five ingredients. Plus, you get lots of good, flavorful veggies in there too! It also reheats well if you have leftovers.
TIPS FOR MAKING THIS EASY ONE PAN MEAL:
- For those of you with salt or sodium sensitivities, you can replace the beef packets and water in this recipe with low sodium beef broth.
- Ground turkey can be substituted for the ground beef. Or just leave the meat out entirely if you prefer.
- Try making this with other flavors of ramen noodles like chicken, soy sauce or vegetable ramen.
- This really is a whole meal in one so it doesn’t really need a side dish. However, if you’d like, try serving it with a homemade Asian Milk Bread.
INGREDIENTS NEEDED: (FULL RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST)
- ground beef
- water
- beef-flavor ramen noodles (with seasoning packets)
- stir fry sauce
- frozen stir fry vegetables
Keep the packets that are included with the ramen noodles. You’ll need those in a bit.

The whole family liked it. I made my own stir fry sauce because I thought I had some on hand but didn’t. To use what I had on hand, vegetables used were shredded carrot, sliced celery, onion, can of mushrooms and diced zucchini. I also used Orpington Farms low sodium beef broth base with water instead of the ramen packets. Very good recipe that is very interchangeable.Reply
We love this…..I used a General Tso sauce.Reply
This looked so good and I love ramen, I tried it and gave some to all of my friends in my senior building and we all loved it. Would love more recipes like this one. Love hotdish but I don’t have many recipes for themReply
The stir-fry sauce. Do you use the bottled stir-fry sauce? It is very thick and sweet. Is there an option here? Thanks.
Reply
It is bottled. You can check it out in the ingredient image above. It’s similar to sweet and sour sauce but thick.

Easy when you need a break! We love it!Reply
I have been making this for quite awhile. It’s a favorite and so easy! Sometimes I add some real ginger grated or some dried ginger….So yummy, even the leftovers are good the next day. We usually serve it with crunchy noodles and pineapple slices with some egg rolls on the side to balance it all out!Reply
