Different ways to change up this recipe:

  • Use seasoned bread crumbs if you want to make this recipe quicker! I suggest using zero point ranch because if you eat more than 5 fries, it’ll save you a significant amount of Weight Watchers points.
  • Try cooking these in an air fryer!

Tips and Tricks for Making Spicy Ranch Zucchini Fries:

  • These spicy ranch zucchini fries do not freeze well – zucchini has too much water content. They’re best served fresh. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days if you use an air fryer to crisp them back up before eating. Spicy Ranch Zucchini Fries - Drizzle Me Skinny! (7)
