We are seeking a Cash Remittance Clerk for our corporate office in Carthage, MO. There is possibility for a remote and/or hybrid scheduled after initial training. This role reports directly to the AR Supervisor II.

So, what will you be doing as a Cash Remittance Clerk?

• Process lockbox payments.
• Apply payments from a variety of sources to the appropriate customer accounts in ERP system.
• Research payment discrepancies.
• Set up customer chargebacks as authorized by credit management.
• Flexibility to work overtime during period end, if needed.

To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Need

• 2+ years of experience and/or training in Accounts Receivable preferred.
• Experience utilizing an ERP system.
• Excellent oral, written and listening skills required to communicate well with people of all levels, skill sets, backgrounds, and across multiple functions.
• Computer skills in Microsoft office programs with an emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to communicate with department supervisors, credit managers, co-workers, and ability to work independently and as a team.
• Proficient 10 Key skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
