been going here since they come out they have the best flower and the best service anywhere in the valley

This has to be one of the best mesh medical marijuana dispensaries in town. Really good prices, tons of different strains, and very knowledgeable bud tenders. Keep up the great work.

Ordered online, got the text it was ready to pick up. Drove there with wife and daughter to pick up my order. Got to the door and told to wait by my car for a text when it's my turn. 45 mins go by so I send the wife and baby to Walmart to get what they need. So now I'm waiting alone with no car, 20 more mins go by, finally it's my turn. I go in and I'm right back out with my stuff. I walk across the parking lot to call my wife to pick me up, she tells me it will be a few mins. I am waiting in the same parking lot when a few of the patients leaving with their meds pulled up next to me and told me that the people who worked at Curaleaf were calling the cops on me and they thought I should know.... My wife and the police got there at the same time luckily. The cops said it was for loitering lol. I spent an hour and a half waiting on them and only ten mins waiting on my wife!!!! Anyways that was my most recent experience with Curaleaf Glendale. Its a bummer too because I liked going there.

Since the whole rec thing, it's a mess. Everyone stands in one line once u get in and there are no separate lines for picking up your order. My order was ready before I got there and I still waited about 20-30 minutes to pick it up. Disorganized

I used to come to this location every other day to get my medicine. I generally grab some shatter, yet since they switched to Med/Rec there hasn't been any of my preferred medication in stock because the rec patients are snatching it up or they don't have venom or baseline shatter in stock anymore at all. I absolutely hate going to other places after building up a rapport with the bud tenders! Fix this nonsense!

This place is right by my house. Mostly everyone is super nice and their weed is good. Edibles are on point every time.

I moved here 3 and a half years ago from a city where I was a MMJ Patient. The MMJ Program in this state is pathetic. It is obviously a FOR profit deal and it shouldn't be. It's Medical Marijuana. If you find a strain that treats your issues, too bad because it will most likely be gone indefinitely, very soon. There are zero deals on Premium Flower. The deals change constantly and are mediocre. So yeah...I think it's pretty neglectful of the Patient/Consumer.

The first time I came in I had seen a special and decided to try the dispensary. I got what I came for and then when they rung me up, I mentioned that this product was on special. The bud tender said no. So, I paid full price. Then, I saw a sheet on the counter with specials and pointed it out to her, I asked for a refund of the overcharge. She said no, they would only give me a store credit.....for their error.Then I went in a week ago and got product, after giving them my card showing I was a medical patient. After I paid and left I looked at my receipt and it showed a recreational discount. 2 times I have been overcharged at this dispensary . I will not be returning. All I am saying is: CHECK YOUR RECEIPT when shopping here.

Very horrible experience after I entered the back of the dispensary no one was talking to anybody it's like everybody either had an attitude or decided to be quiet that day, about seven customers that were just standing there no one pointed them to what line they need to be standing in or anything like that. The store manager looks like he was just talking to someone and provided no direction. When I got up to pick my order one of the items I ordered was not in stock I had to travel all the way from Buckeye Arizona no one called me to let me know about this. I had to drive over 40 miles to hear that my order was not complete. I usually shopping here at least but the Glendale location definitely needs to have someone managing it who cares cuz the associates look like they really don't give a damn.

I have been in the Greenhouse about 7 times and have found that the quality of the product varies greatly from visit to visit. Luckily, I found a dispensary closer to my house that offers betters service, and product. The staff is not helpful at all. The first time that I was I asked about about how to select a product. The guy told me to just smell the samples. I tried to ask what specific strains would be beneficial for my medical condition and he did not want to be bothered. He basically just wanted to ring up the sale. Unfortunately, this same employee was working every time I have gone into the dispensary. The employees should know their product or at least make an effort. I have only ran into one lady who was extremely helpful. I have found a couple of strains to be good but the other strains are old, dried out, and have a lot of stems. There is no consistency. I also don't like the fact that there is a security guard posted outside, and when you enter the facility you have to give your card to an employee through a bullet-proof window. This is not exactly personalized service and quite intimidating. Therefore, based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this place to others because you never know what you are going to get.

Everytime I place a pickup order by the time I get there they are all out of what I ordered. They don't update their online inventory. I believe this is a new shop, they have a lot of work to do. Half the time they send me a text or a special they run out of inventory an hour later.
